Goal Achievement: asking someone else for help can be the most difficult step to make because many of us grew up believing that asking for help or admitting to unresolved conflict identifies weakness. The reality is… we all struggle with something and reaching out for help is courageous and healthy. Allowing a coach to walk alongside of you will help you explore new ideas and strategies to overcome the obstacles, which keep you from living the life you desire.

  2. Lourdes’s GOAL is to help parents that have to deal with an  ADHD, ADD child (children) and off course by  teaching  ADHD and ADHD students. I love to help the parents with teen prone to depression, adults with depression, plus suicidal prevention that is up 40% % after COVID 19 was revealed and continue to increase

  3. The Evolution to a More Conscious society

    The evolution to a more conscious society begins with individuals. Mahatma Gandhi rightly emphasized there can be no positive social change without positive personal change.
